Pierre Thomas should be ranked higher than Reggie Bush in my opinion, I think Thomas had more of an impact on games on a steady basis

That’s fair. He also had a longer Saints career in general. Reggie just had a knack for memorable plays, which I think helps him on this type of ranking.
