In a video I watched a while ago a guy said, “The me that exist within you is not the me I perceive as myself” or something like that. I can’t remember what the context was but I’ve remembered it because it’s made me really reflect on how I act or handle myself around others. I compare those instances to my internal thoughts and actions in an effort to make the changes so I am perceived as the person I want to be.
