Do you know who you are?
This may seem like a strange question but when we are gossipy or angry or jealous, is that who we really are?
Sometimes, we have to look at who we are not, to find out who we really are. It's hard to be brutally honest with yourself but, this video will help you to do that.

Isn't there a danger here that you're conflating a) finding out who you really and and b) defining a positive 'self'? My positive behaviours are no more 'who I really am' than my negative ones: they're both just manifestation. The body-mind comes as one piece, with all its potentialities. It comes with a spectrum of emotion: ultimately I am not the body-mind nor any emotion. Not attached to the body-mind, my responses can move beyond identification and the 'story'. But I don't think this excludes anger and the other responses labelled 'negative'. I don't think anger=ego. Jealousy, greed - maybe. I could, for example, be angry at injustice to another.
