Witness statement is a necessary part in the court proceedings mostly decimated to confirm or support some part of the claim or statement or inform about some information. The man and a woman can appear in UAE courts as a witness. However the statement of a woman is equal to half statement of the man. Witness can be asked about facts that he sow or heard or know from someone and can confirm this. Witness is also obliged with the swear in the court.
