Hi Madam . Company terminated me and they put abscound on me after I go labor court apply for cancel my visa but after weeks they not call for hiring then I go labor court they said we will stop cancel visa from ur Company u need to go ur Company it's possible??

Not to mention , in case the employer was abusing his right for filing absconding, and the complaint proved for just revenge or fake claim against employee , a fine of 20k would be imposed on the employer . One common case as well, sometime the employee did submit his resignation already or, has some communications indicating that the employer is already aware about his departure then , the employee can cone back and surrender him/her self to the authority and make objection to the absconding proving the knowledge of the employer.

Hello Mam, I was absconded last year in October by my company because I didn't leave the country after my Visa was cancelled. So I've been calling my company to plead with them to remove it and they kept telling me it is under processing and yesterday I called them and they told me to go to immigration and they will remove it.
