Bugs sadly never stood a chance against Beerus. The God of Destruction was just, like, PERFECTLY built to counter him. Goku told Arale that her toonforce powers don't work on Beerus, so even if he can resist Hakai (which he might not as it erases Bugs and his soul across all timelines, making it far stronger than the animator's pencil) Bugs is horrendously nerfed against Beerus. Being the one who sealed Elder Kai in the Z Sword, Beerus can also seal Bugs away in an object if he can't kill him, completely circumventing the wabbit's regeneration.

Arale isn't a Toon Force they're a Gag Manga character they literally aren't the same thing Toonforce is a Western Ideal Gag Manga is an Eastern one they aren't built the same in any way on top of that it's shown Toonforce isn't built equal either for the obvious reason Bugs can get one over on other toons showing his powers are far superior. The other part being Bugs Ability to be the Animator makes the lot of these Battles meaningless as he has an instant kill button anyway. But that obviously wouldn't make for a video worth watching
