The Bronco is the best off road rig of the bunch, it's just unfortunate the owner has those crappy tires on there that aren't meant for off roading. I have owned dozens of trucks from all makers over the decades(mostly 73-79 Fords) and there is a reason I wheel mostly 78 and 79 Broncos; they are the best all purpose vehicle ever. I host off roading jamborees at my farm in the summer and I have a stock 79 Bronco with open differentials and 35" boggers that I use as a patrol vehicle. Anyway, it does circles around the guys with regular cab, 8ft. bed trucks with lockers and boggers because the Bronco has a better approach/departure angles and has better weight distribution which makes up for my lack of lockers. I have other more capable trucks but it's more fun to roam around the trails with the stock truck because it takes more skill, that plus I like showing the youngsters that it's not all about who has the most expensive truck.

doesnt matter what you drive its all about your gearing Tires and weight , idc if you drive a 4-runner or a ford truck long as you have it built right you can run with the best of them through the mud. good driver helps to

@austinbryant78899 жыл бұрын
my 91 bronco would make it through that no problem wonder what his problem was
@franksmith82108 жыл бұрын
His problem was those small slick tires. If he had bigger and more aggressive ones he would have made it no problem. My 91 bronco has 33x12.5r15 bf goodrich mud tires and I never get stuck in it. That plus when he started to bog down he needed to turn his wheel from side to side to grab more ground and not sink in so fast. Very few times is it the truck being stuck. Most of the time it's a combo of tires and driver.

@ArcticMania13 жыл бұрын
You should learn to tread lightly so you don't ruin it for everyone. There are plenty of trails that your rigs will have trouble getting through. We have rigs built from stock to those with 44's and all of them are fun on Alaska's trails.

Sackmatters I dog on Chevy a lot. The reason why, is I have seen them fail quicker than my Ford or Mopars. I have heard some folks swear by them though. In all honesty, I think us Ford, Dodge, Chevy, and even Yota guys all are up against the Honda(Ridgeline😝) , Nissan folks. Personally I prefer Square-ish body trucks(up to 90's). I daily drive a 93' F150, and most people know me as "the Ford guy", but I have a love affair with those old 72-93 Dodge trucks, those are really special to me, thats why I own a 90' exactly like this guy has.
@funkyboy4scar13 жыл бұрын
