I had a used JDM import here in Ireland which was a 1.5 dual carb EG hatch which I bought in Ireland as a kid 20 years ago. Can you put the car on a rotisserie and then use dry ice to get all the crappy undercoating off? Who needs dry ice blasting when you could do it like that? It wouldn’t replace it for all the parts but it would be close to a full dip tank for getting it off so you could neutralize any rust then raptor liner the bottom. Just a thought?
