- No Ledge or Wall Jump allowed
- Some characters could go in the white if they just go straight up or straight to the right but that is not what the challenge is about.
- A good amount of the body needed to be in the Tier.
- They can only reach a Tier while rising. If they start to fall its over.

So out of the 4 that made it legitimately (no bombs/damage/copy ability) the ones most likely to make it while having to fend off an opponent would have to be Steve and Rob. Hero is RNG dependent so he's not likely to make it, and snake would probably be hit at some point and not make it

I'm pretty sure Duck Hunt can control can while up b'ing diagonally, allowing you to blow yourself up midair without the need to wait and it gives you more height. I don't know if you can do it more than once, but I think duck hunt may be able to do it without self damage before hand.

You would have made it farther with Fox by just jumping and doing f-air then a diagonal angle for up b. Because doing a rising fair slows his fall speed allowing fox to get much better horizontal distance while only lowering his vertical distance a tiny amount.
