I used my VCR and blank tapes to record them right off of Showcase (channel 24 where I lived at the time). That and Trailer Park Boys. Sometimes I'd forget to cut the commercials out but I'd get about four episodes on each tape. That was 20 years ago, and I'm now 32 and still love watching it. Quality Canadian Product. I just wish more people had the balls to film what they want and make it happen regardless of what Spenny fans think.

As a teen when this aired I thought the sleep nurse was hot. I've gone on to date a couple nurses and I always asked them "can I come back tomorrow after I've spent another night awake?" - they never knew wtf I was talking about. Classic episode! intelligent competition! Caffeine is good to stay awake, but Taurine + Tyrosine is betta,... take also B3, B6, B12 with that. Just in case you have to stay awake again somewhen 😂😎

Tyrosine and taurine are amazing! There are a lot of amino acids that help with endurance and stamina, carnitine is another I use every day. I think they found that creatine helps with wakefulness as well.
