Kenny has said *many* times that (a) they got footage of at least one other guy jumping about and messing around in the gorilla suits, which got edited in to pad time and because it was silly, and (b) it's still a TV show, sometimes they have to pause production for any number of reasons; in this case, executives Trey Parker & Matt Stone (yes, the very rich and important South Park creators) called wanting to talk to Kenny, which could impact the entire show, so he had to pause ten minutes to take the call without the mask on. I think It's the realest and fairest of the fake moments in this reality show.
