@@antnam4406 A "failure" who took his state from number 26 to number 1 in education, secured his state, managed the limited resources in his state to pay up backlogs of pensions and gratuities, won recognition by the then minister of works for his impact on road construction and built the state teaching Hospital from scratch and still managed to leave tens of billions for his successor. In spite of these, he has not been tainted with corruption despite all smear campaign against him. OBJ recognised these virtues which is why he is rooting for him, Atiku was pained when Obi left PDP because he knew what asset Obi was. Here's a simple explanation for the 25% vs 50% +1 debate. The winner must secure 25% of the votes in at least 24 states plus the FCT. However, in a situation where none of the candidates achieves this (which is a strong possibility in this coming elections) then a second round run-off between the top 2 candidates comes up from which the winner must win at least 50% + 1. Someone would have to win and score above 50% since there are just 2 candidates left for the run-off. The chances of both candidates scoring exactly the same number of votes are infinitesimal, hence the +1. So if Candidate A scores 23,433,654 and Candidate B scores 23,433,655, Candidate B is declared winner even though it's just one single vote that separates them.
