Stayc is a team with no special parts for each individual. As in a movie where the main character changes each time, you will be in charge of a part that adapts to each song. This is BEP's vision for STAYC. That's why it will never have positions other than those that already exist. It's like a group of actors, sending a message, whoever is convenient plays the role. Black Eyed Pilseung shared that, in his opinion, the main vocal needs to be able to capture the tone and message of the song in its entirety, while lead vocals often have a prominent part. It wasn't a question of who sings better.

There's also the fact that assigning roles isn't going to make fans love the group more, and fame is about how much people will love you. There are kpop groups that have almost half a billion views on a song but nobody loves them and they are completely forgotten groups. While there are groups with 20 million views for songs that are adored in Korea.

This is not a choreography that you can compare a lot, each one is doing something different. Not to mention it's a short song. They probably trained with elevated shoes. The ones that needed to be used in performance.
