Ian is right and he's been saying it for a while that it was a psychological experiment. He could do the worst things and people defend him. Actrually both Ian and the actor who played Klaus has said that their characters are toxic and/or the women deserved better but the fans are like "it's ok" this panel proved that by the majority booing Ian here. There are studies by professionals that I've watched who have done videos on purely Damon being toxic and the delena relationship being toixc, not even a stelena vs delena thing just y delena is a bad ship and they've got so much evidence and I'll still see people in those comment sections hating on stefan (when the video wasn't about Stefan being better) and about saying that Damon was the best. It's sad because people want that relationship that the characters themselves called toxic, for themselves. I think Damon is a fun character to watch, nothing against Ian at all. It's sad truly it's sad, the amount of booing made me sad

My God... Those fans that are keeps booing at Ian while he stating a point is so uneducated and out of line. NO WONDER they always defends the character of Damon. They just keep showing their aggressive behavior .. in every way ( social media .) and in every situation ( live panels) .

Elena should have been with stefan but unfortunatly the writers went with the personal relationships and got damon and elena together which was toxic it was toxic and if you cant see that your wrong 😂 i watched yhis show when it aired and im in my mid twenties now and relized elena and stefan were the otp and should have ended up together he did everything for that girl

I’ve always been team Stefan and I agree with what you said above, but it probably came down to the fact that Nina and Ian had an incredible chemistry.
