Father even when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, we do not know that suffering will be part our acceptance of Him. This is the grace I could seek or accept His ways of leading.

He spoke to me through a priest during a mass. I had a very deep issue in my life and the sermon brought the direct answer to my problems. I have never asked that priest for an advice and yet the words he said were directly aimed at me.

I once did a weekend retreat with the theme, “Who do you say that I am?” I have reflected on this gospel many times. However, until today I have never focused on the verse, “ And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it.” This gives me so much hope. With everything going on in the world today, I find these words very comforting and reassuring. Hope is alive…

I always keep asking this question, How doI know it's God's voice talking to me? Never got the answer as of yet, but when I'm listening to you or reading the Bible suddenly I get the answer to the doubts I have and that is my understanding of God talking to me through others. I'm still trying to meditate and be still as my mind is constantly at work and distracted. Thank you for today's reflection Fr. Warner. Everyday you share insights that helps me understand my relationship with God better and better 🙏❤️

Fr, thanks for feeding us and explaining scriptures on a daily basis. It's easy to do once in a while but everyday it's quite difficult. Let's all pray for Fr. Warner so that he be always guided by the Holy Spirit.

Dear Fr Warner, when Peter called Jesus the Messiah, it was God who revealed this truth to him. In answer to your question, it is difficult to ascertain God's voice speaking to us even though we may spend time alone in prayer at home or in the Blessed Sacrament. But I feel we can learn to hear God speak through the voice of our priests when we listen to their homilies & read & study the Holy scriptures. Sometimes God speaks to us in our dreams, through certain circumstances in our lives & even through our friends. But deep in our hearts we do know that Jesus is our Redeemer who died for us. Thank you for helping us to hear God's voice. God bless you. 💕🙏
