The crew you choose at the beggining does. Even if you choose the worst one for all of them it can still take away around 300 or 400k. Well Pavel is just a funny guy. We dont know much about him. When at the same time our gtao characters and Lester have history together. We started from doing simple contact missions for him, then he intrudused us to hiests, then there was the doom's day- a whole new adventure, and as a finale we helped him hit the dimond casino and get love of the girl he loves. Yeah Pavel pays more, but it was Lester who picked us up from streets (in terms of lore at least)
