You may have missed a big one, In The Falcon and the winter solider they introduced Isaiah Bradley and his grandson Eli. Isaiah Bradley was a super solider back in the day. I believe in the comics Eli Bradley is patriot.

I think it's pretty obvious who will be in the first batch - Miss Marvel, Kate Bishop, Cassie Lang, America Chavez and Riri Williams. They introduced Hulks son right at the end of She Hulk for no reason other than him to be in Young Avengers as Hulkling and Eli Bradley in The Falcon & Winter Solider to be Patriot. I've also seen that they have hired actors to play teenaged versions of Wanda's sons in the Agatha series so they are obviously aging them up to be Wiccan and Speed for the Young Avengers. It's been obvious for a while that they were setting this up and who was going to be in the line up. For me though, it's like you said in this line up what reason is there for Kate to be there? She is a lot older than the rest and has no powers compared to the rest. In the comics, she is the one that brought them all together and had the leadership skills to lead them and keep them all together. If they are giving that role to Miss Marvel she is going to be really out of place.

Young Avangers and their founder and leader is kang young variant as iron lad. She hulk will be leader A force (girls marvel ) hopefully to see Singularity
