Bram ladage 100procent , staple in Rotterdam with at least over a dozen shops with all the same quality and fresh cut at site fries . Sorry but can’t beat that .

I think that belgian in amsterdam only use fresh potatoes. In Rotterdam both are using fresh potatoes. At Bram ladage you can see how they cut them. Rotterdam got the W.

honestly don't even think its the question of what fries are better but a question of which city you vibe with more. the dutch got that verse friet/junkfood game on lockdown (funny thing is fresh fries only got done pre 2000's by bram ladage) but what do i know i only been a line cook for almost 20 years.

Born and lived in Rotterdam until I was 24. Then lived in Amsterdam for 3 years and next to Amsterdam for another 20 years. It has now been 10 years in The Hague. So I think I have the experience to say what the nicest city is and why. I realy think it is The Hague. Nice old centre ,nice Harbour and a nice beach

Gets me the shiffers 😖😖. Comparing to Manneke Pis... Ill wait a year to buy one large one, eat it in one sitting, just once a year. Best experience ever.

The only thing about fries here in the Netherlands ive always hated is the shitload of sauce on top of the fries. And its always the good quality fries that are served that way. The sauce should be seperate, unless its stew or loaded fries of any kind.
