Red sauce, white sauce and pink sauce is a very low-resolution breakdown of the massive variety of pasta dishes Italy has to offer. It's like asking if you want green sabzi or red sabzi for dinner.

They did Pesto! Also generally in India we don't get authentic Italian food unless it's a high end authentic restaurant! Those restaurants are very little!

@@meghasinghaniahmu they live in pune, pune has some of the better Italian restos and cafes, they could've atleast done some research too 😭, I live in tier 3 city and I know what are different types of pastas and shapes, also nobody said lasagne, risotto which are really easily available in tier 1 and 2 cities. also if you don't know the cuisine then you shouldn't make a video about it. imagine an italian did video with indian cuisine and went with red curry, green curry, brown curry etc

I get that, but they're going to have to expect a few wide eyes in consequence unless they specify that they're talking about a local bastardisation of Italian cuisine (and I've had both amazing Italian food in India, including fantastic gnocchi and pumpkin ravioli in Bundi, of all places .. and also pasta that was clearly dressed with ketchup). As another commenter rightly pointed out, an Italian-made video with participants talking about whether they preferred red, green or brown curry would be torn to pieces in the comments section.

The most basic order wins but it’s basic for a reason lol! There are improvements that can be made to that order. For example, I love having ranch as a dipping sauce for my pepperoni pizza, especially the crust! Also, if you are already doing pizza, you have to drink some kind of soda. Gelato is fine but having a tiramisu, cannoli, or an affogato is even better!
