As a South Indian, eating rice for lunch is a legit thing. If we don't eat rice, lunch would never be complete. So I can understand why Shreya ordered rice 😂 And others think it as heavy is surprising 😂

I mean..None of the others had a "healthy" lunch either, except for Aniket. Aniket's order is high in protein, veggies and low in carb. Rest of them, high carb food anyways. They would feel sleepy and tired even with their lunch orders.

As a Kashmiri, I do wholeheartedly agree, not only lunch, but also dinner. Everyday of the week, for the whole year. And I also don't understand what is with people feeling drowsy after eating rice, I feel alot of energy after my lunch.

@@sukrantbhat7691 It’s not just the rice, it’s what they eat with the rice. If your meal is balanced that is a good amount of carbs, protein and fiber, it makes you more awake and active. If it’s just carbs over carbs over carbs, you’re going to be sleepy.
