Man ragging on Shock Therapy, I just had my shocks re-valved and new springs by Shock Therapy three days ago. I called them up was put on hold as they are very busy because they are very good what they do. I talked with them and told them what I wanted and was given an appointment ten days away. I took the shocks off my XP Pro ultimate and since I only live 5 miles from them I dropped them off in the morning and picked them up in the afternoon, they are the most polite people I've ever worked with, and this is the third car I've taken to them to get re-valved and new springs. And they give a military discount also of 10%.

Yeah they also send the wrong springs and you have to be on the phone for hours...horrible customer service....and for the record their revalve is far away from personalized

Shock Therapy doesn’t ever say it takes 3 to 6 months to do a shock rebuild. They give you an appointment date and they do it that day. The appointment may be farther in the future than you like but you don’t have to send your shocks in until the appointment. Saying you wouldn’t be able to ride for months is completely wrong. Apparently Schmidty works by appointment also. So I guess you’ll have to wait for an appointment either way. Was there a point to your video other than making schmidty sound like they need more business

Or maybe your just flat wrong. “Cody” said in your video that he hasn’t sent his shocks out yet. Not even to Schmidty so it never happened. End of story. Have a nice day.
