18:17 I heard about Crossfit through word of mouth and through telling other people they join and it's about Crossfit changing your life as a fitness Programme. And then I found out about the Games and I got totally obsessed knowing that it's a sport. So they definitely need each other to grow.

I absolutely love watching the CrossFit games, but the membership price will never get me to fully dive into the world of CrossFit. I get my workout done at my local 24 hour fitness, has barbells and bumper plates. Secondly, I would entertain the idea of joining a weightliftjng gym first to learn the snatch and improve my powerclean before I would ever consider joining a CrossFit box. The cost of crossfit is simply prohibitive for some - a weightlifting gym is also much cheaper than a CrossFit box.

I'm not sure how much this is going affect Chandler Smith at Rogue but he tends to suffer badly from allergies in outdoor competitions.

It would be good for the sport if Laura beats Tia but I am not expecting it.

I understand this is slightly abrasive but the people that want a huge change, the games motivate those people to look for CrossFit. But a lot of the world just wants an excuse to not workout or eat correctly, and the affiliate stories are not going to change those people’s minds. Greg saying it’s the answer to all the health concerns doesn’t matter the people in poor health KNOW it they don’t care

There is something wrong with this video. LAUREN: is there a reason why you do not invite someone from outside the USA for this type of conversation (your first question)? Sorry to break it to you: ESPN is not applicable to everyone, especially for those who live in Europe (like me). I did not discover Crossfit through ESPN nor The Games... I discovered it because a coach told me about it. This is why I completely agree with STACIE. Anyways, it would be clever to involve (and hear) the international perspective... P.S. Both Laura Horvath and Ricky Garard are from outside the USA... another wonderful opportunity to give the mic to the international Crossfit partners...

James got robbed on Question 1. Nikki was all over the place, vague, and probably employed a real whopper of a non sequitur. She cited Nike's production of a barbells and plates and kettlebells as evidence that CrossFit is expanding. What? Nike producing fitness equipment doesn't entail that Cf is expanding. And Stacie never got near answering the question, deciding instead to make a plea for separating the Games from the methodology. But I guess Kalil's commitment to that separation really massaged her fee fees. Her feelings. And so Stacie got 6 pts. Lol.
