Hi Neshy I am very new to yu gi oh almost a day 1 n00b. I bought the cb latest structure decks and am curious about something. Why isn’t Melody of awakening dragon played more for cb? I feel like it’s a bit op to be able to add a rainbow dragon for “bridges” and “zenith” who can be super easily summoned to the field via effect. Is it that there are just better cards to play/prioritise or perhaps the fact it’s not searchable by rainbow bridge? My buddy and I are looking to learn the game for fun. Do you think you could make a video on building a deck only using 3 structure decks. (I know it won’t be meta competitive I just want to see how close I got to picking the same deck from all the cards as you) and understand the strategy with this kind of deck. Do you think Cb should really stick to 40 cards or is there some kind of potential for a bigger deck either 45 up to 60 whatever. I’m so tempted to try and squeeze more cards In Perhaps up to 50. If this is a bad habit please educate me.

Hi Nathan, welcome to the Conclave! Melody is unnecessary because you'd rather have other cards that do similar things; Crystal Bond basically allows you to add Rainbow Dragon already through Pegasus's effect, but you get extra cards with it. Melody gives you net 0 card advantage, while Crystal Bond gives you a +1. Until Manadome set arrives, what the chances of synergy for a Crystal / Scareclaw deck? They have beasts, scareclaw has one card combo to tri-heart which heart will help with the extra normal or salvation to reichphobia for a body and/or pop, and tri-heart puts opponent into defence somewhat helping your crystal beasts in MZ survive longer to do their business if any, starfrost for Baronne, etc. Mind you probably want your own monsters in mode unless you I:P into Avramax as well maybe? I dont know what im talking about, to be honest, i'm a returning old school casual player who's learning again.

It's not a bad idea! I've tried the Starfrost engine for Baronne and Virtual World Shenshen; it's a little inconsistent but it's based. Bagooska has really good synergy with Reichphobia
