It's not possible for a female to naturally have a disqualifying level of testosterone. Africans may not believe in transgenderism, but it's still possible to be mistaken in thinking someone male (XY) is female (XX) when they are born.

It's possible for a male person to have undescended testes and an underdeveloped penis. They still have testes producing testosterone.

Since this controversy is swirling up, it might also give an opportunity to look into the status of the Chawinga sisters: Tabitha and Temwa. Their MO in playing is also the same as BB.
