The case of Barbara's situation after winning the BBC player cannot end just like that, Zambian soccer fans are asking faz questions through the sports council of Zambia to ask faz to tell the people of Zambia that how many African football Associations conducted such tests on their players and announced to the world, even those FAs from other continents, how many have done that? This faz administration was brought in to destroy football in Zambia, look at how they failed to qualify the chipolopolo to the afcon and now it's the famele team by creating problems for our star player, how fameles players are physically superior to Barbara Banda? It's not possible for a female to naturally have a disqualifying level of testosterone. Africans may not believe in transgenderism, but it's still possible to be mistaken in thinking someone male (XY) is female (XX) when they are born.

It's possible for a male person to have undescended testes and an underdeveloped penis. They still have testes producing testosterone.
