In korea if u r a man u have to go to military for 1 year upto men who r upto 30 *but since bts have accomplished so much from music for music and is south koraes gdp holder who give south korea so much* *there is a new rule now for bts that jin can delay his military till 31 so he get extra years because of his accomplishment and can go military even more later* And BTS is living togetger in korea (even if somebody go they still live together military doesn't mean they r totally out of group its just rather then doing music for 1 year he will be in military but just can't go on tour)

Bangtan Sonyeondan literally meaning "Bulletproof Boy Scouts". according to Jhope, it means to blocked stereotypes and criticisms of young adolescence. This also extended their name (BEYOND THE SCENE) to mean "growing youth BTS who is going beyond the realities they are facing, and going forward.

To be able to fully understand Jin’s dad jokes, you have to be fluent in Korean because most of the jokes he tells have Korean puns that you would only be able understand if you spoke/understood Korean. You don’t have to worry about trying to understand his jokes because it won’t make sense if you don’t speak the language. When I don’t understand the joke, I just laugh anyway because Jin’s laughing makes it funny. Lol just an fyi for future reactions 😊

I think what really set BTS apart from the get go was that Big Hit was near bankruptcy. So unlike other companies that threw groups together with all the funds they had, and THEN trained them, Big Hit looked for people that had natural talent to ensure this was a successful group. They were incredibly talented even from their debut. Of course they've improved over time, but it's insane how skilled they were back then already. They're also given artistic freedom with their music, and weren't groomed to be immaculate idols. It really helps them stand out in the idol industry! I haven't found another group that's more humble, kindhearted, who's sincerely grateful for their fans 24/7, and genuinely love each other like family. It's so wholesome. As for songs from the group I would suggest these: Group song: Blood Sweat and Tears or Dis-Ease (from their recent album BE) Rap Line Song: UGH! or Tear (The wembley live version is incredible, I highly recommend it. I believe there's one with english subs) Vocalist Line: House of Cards, or The Truth Untold (there's a live version of this with english subs that's also amazing)

The South korean government did a military postponent for BTS... They will go to military enlistment but it was postponed Because as we all know BTS helps the korean Economics a lot so BTS was a treasure for the south korea... But BTS themselves say that they are willing to enlist. That time will come and ARMYs are ready for that.

Another Trivia; Jin the oldest member was supposedly in SM Ent. ( Same ent with Exo, Nct and more ) but as the typical Jin, he thought it was a scam when they contacted him so he turned them down. Lol. So 2yrs after he was walking home from his University. He was scouted by BH staffs, literally in the street when he got off in the bus.

He was scouted by SM getting off the bus but he thought it was a scam and threw the card away. He never joined SM, that's been a rumor for years. BigHit Scout approached him on the street though and talked with him, he auditioned to be an actor and made it. It wasn't till he was starting as a trainee Bang Si-Hyuk approached him and told Jin he wanted him to try for the group he was making. He had to learn everything from scratch and he's done amazingly. All 7 have to be honest. 💜

While this introduction is good, it's outdated and some info is wrong. But it's easier for ARMYs to just tell you what that info is - So let's start with RM. RM's real name is Kim Namjoon, his stage name is RM. He use to go by Rap Monster when BTS debuted but he outgrew the name and he said "I'm human, not a monster." "I want to be the real me." This led some fans and ARMYs to take it as RM now stands for 'Real Me' but RM never actually confirmed this. And Jungkook will forever call him Rap Monster. RM is one of the main writers and producers for the group since debut. Suga(Pronounced Shoo-Ga) Got his name from the position he played when he played basket ball - Shooting Guard. He has said this is how he came up with his name. There have been funny instances where the members and staff have referred to him as Sugar. Suga is another writer and Main producer as well as composer for the group. From the start it was RM and Suga who made the majority of BTS's music. These two still write/produce/compose but the other members have grown and have helped more as the years go by. J-Hope has joined the main team in helping to produce and write, he use to only write his own raps but he's branched out over the years and in the latest album he handled/took part in more songs. Jin was first casted by SM entertainment- Though I saw one comment say he was IN SM... but he wasn't. He was approached by an SM scout while getting off the Bus, he took the person's card but Jin thought it was a scam- he was only in high school then and just threw the card away. Some years later he was walking along the street and a scout from BigHit stopped him and talked with him. The scout convinced him to audition and he did- as an actor though. Jin was a trainee when BigHit's CEO/Founder- Bang Si-Hyuk told him he would like for him to join the group he was making. Jin had to learn singing and dancing from scratch, where as the other members at least dabbled in those areas. RM's studio is no longer called 'Mon Studio' It's now called 'Rchive' (Like Archive). J-Hope also doesn't say 'I'm your hope, I'm your angel' as much any more. He has for the last handful of years been introducing himself by saying- "I'm your hope, you're my hope, I'm J-Hope". Usually men are supposed to enlist before 28 but since BTS brings in ‘Billions to their economy’ and is Korea’s biggest cultural reset the govt has decided to push it further for them. The rapline (Rm,Suga and J-Hope) all have mixtapes you can react to Rm: Rm and Mono Suga: Agust D and D 2 J-Hope: Hope world The vocal line hasn‘t released their mixtape now but we will probably get Taehyungs and maybe Jungkooks mixtape this year. Their backgrounds how they all came together is so crazy it looks like they were destined to meet each other This whole concept of creating a group with hip-hope at first was built around RM (I recommend „The most beautiful moment in life: a story of bts“ if you want to see their music growth and archivements) They all produce and write songs but the rapline does most of the things. 4 of them have a studio (RM,J-Hope,Suga and Jungkook) Jin would have enlisted last year/this year but Korea changed the law 4 days before his birthday which makes bts delay for 2 years because of their impact and the money they bring in

Thank your for your reaction, to answer your question: yes, they are still live in South korea, and all of them supposedly will serve military service for about 2 years, although in different time, so Jin will go first as he is the oldest member. Leaving for military doesn't mean they leave the group, after military service is over, they can continue promoting as BTS. About Jin improvement in singing, he is DEFINITELY improved a lot compared to their beginning, all members improved and honed their skills as their musicality and personality grow. yep, rap line especially Suga really can spit fire. Rap line all have released mixtape where they composed, produce, and write the lyrics themselves. RM, Suga, JHope, and Jungkook has their own studio. But overall, BTS members all contributed in their works since the beginning as a producer, composer, and writers. That being said, we can feel their music growing with them, and lyrics are an important aspect in their songs. Can't wait for the next part! In Korean the word for lawsuit is 소송 (so-song) , and the word for cow is 소(so) . Combined with song in English. So it is a 'cow song' (when a cow sings). But these two syllables together make the Korean word Lawsuit! There may be quite a few of Jin’s jokes that can be hard to understand if your not familiar with the language 💕

A few days before Jins 28th birthday korea made a new law that allows all receivents of the "order of cultural merit" to delay their enlistment until they turn 30. Altough it's not officially directed at BTS it's pretty obvious that they did it for them because BTS are the only kpop group to ever receive that award. BTS contributes about 0.3% of the GDP of South Korea (data from 2018) so they are very important to the country. The new law is unofficially called the BTS-law

Fun fact for you if you don’t know yet: The name AGUST D that Yoon-gi uses for his solo music is DT SUGA if you read it from right to left. If I’m not mistaken the DT part stands for Daegu Town, a city he used to live in, and his stage name SUGA is for the position he used to play in basketball: Shooting Guard. Sorry if I made any mistakes, English is not my first language but I did try my best :)

Jin is an fenomenal vocalist but humble. They are all amazing and all just keep improving with every year. The joke Jin told is a korean/english wordplay joke, the word for lawsuit in korean is sosong and the word for cow is so. What is it called when a cow (so) sings? -A lawsuit (sosong, so = cow + song = cow song) If Jin says something and laughs and it doesn't make sense it probably is a wordplay joke but in korean or korean/english. He is really good at those.

BTS actually do have a lot of rap heavy songs. You ust haven't heard them yet. They are renowned as the best rap line in the industry and have worked with some of the ogs of hiphop in America like Warren G and Wale and k-hiphop like Tiger Jk. Their wordplay and flow are honestly a work of art. We often have explanation videos to breakdown the insane layers to their lyricism. Glad to see that you're starting to see that there's more to them than meets the eye. To answer your enlistment question: BTS was been granted an extension until they turn 30 international age due to a new law that allows those who have received a medal from the govt for domestic and global contributions to the nation. BTS are the only group to have received the Order of Cultural Merit from the government so no one else is eligible now. If another artist makes big enough contributions to South Korea to receive such an honour, they can get this extension too. This is to clarify the comments some people have made claiming it is unfair coz they are mad that their favourite group isn't eligible. Literally the best and most versatile rapline in the industry. Separately, they're icons. Together...completely untouchable. Literally no one comes close. They all have really different styles--RM and Suga are a little more traditional sound-wise where as j-hope is kind of one of one (as in no one does or can do what he does and good luck trying to cover him...). RM is a poet, Suga is very emotional and visceral, j-hope is a charisma bomb with unmatchable flow and musicality and a bottomless bag of tricks. Plus they're three of the most prolific writers in the business with 112, 124, and 174(ish--Joon is always adding credits) to their names. Plus they all three have credits on songs that have hit the #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 (Suga and j-hope have 2!). Anyway...yeah...no one can compare to our rapline. They used to be featured a lot in BTS' title tracks but as the vocalists developed more and they started moving to a more pop/vocal sound, you really get to hear their range mostly on their solo projects and unit tracks. So I really encourage you to check out some of those and their older songs too!

They live in Korean. They actually live together but a few of them own their own houses but from what I have heard they like to be together. Jin will have to in the military in fact all of them later will have to. We don’t know what will happen but we believe they will still continue to perform and do music. Jin has gotten a lot better and improved!!! I haven’t known them for all so I can’t fully answer but if you watch their earlier videos form debut you can see his improvement. Jin also is probably one of the most childish in my opinion, he is so funny. 6:10 Namjoons stage name is RM now, but used to be Rap Monster. Before BTS he had several stage names, including Runch Randa, Randa, and Largo. He hasn’t specified what RM stands for now, but has said one meaning could be Real Me also if you’re interested, Suga used to go by Gloss when he was in underground rap, and j-hope used to go by Smile Hoya(translated) as a streetdancer. 😁

Sorry for the spam, but at 16:00 I have a few comments. *1.* Suga is pronounced Sugar without the r, and it stands for shooting guard, which was his(Yoongi's) position in basketball. *2.* Agust D is pronounced like the month August, and is actually D tsugA backwards. Which you can see DT Suga. DT=Daegu Town, which was both his hometown and the underground rap group he was in before BTS. *3.* RM and Suga have a solo song together called Respect, which is about what the word 'Respect' means/should mean, and how it's tossed around so much that it losses it's meaning. Also how the English word 'Respect' is hard to pronounce, and English in general is hard (the ending conversation on the track) *4.* The rap-line has many songs together, and I'll list a few of them. I would love to see your reaction to them aswell. UGH! Ddaeng Cypher 1-4 & Tear *5.* Before this gets to long I want to say, the rap line has solo mixtapes. A must that you should check out is Daechwita (and/or Agust D, which was the song in the video) by Agust D Do You by RM & Daydream by J-Hope Edit: SOPE is a mix of Suga and j-hOPE, pronounced the same as Soap. Military Service - Yup still living in South Korea & I'm pretty sure that's not going to change. They do need to go to the military, although just days before Jin turned 28, the "BTS law" was passed which allows them as owners of the South Korean Order of Cultural Merit Medal to postpone their military service until the age of 30. Otherwise, Jin would already have started his mandatory military service. Now it is believed that they will enter together before the middle of next year. Even if they lived outside of Korea they would have to return to do it anyway. I forget who it was (plz comment if you know the whole story) but someone tried to get out of it by doing that and was banned from the country. In 2013, 600+ Jehovah's witnesses were jailed for refusing due to religious reasons. The only way to get out of it is by being internationally recognized in things such as sports via International Gold Medals, & classical instruments & thus expanding Korean influence (there's a better way of saying). The Underground - RM's name in underground hiphop was Runch Randa; Rap Monster was his stage name as a member of BTS, but he's even mentioned it being cringy when he first got it & thats why he inevitably changed his BTS stage name to RM standing for "Real Me". Suga's underground name was "Glow" & he was a member of a group there called "Daegu Town". His solo Alias "Agust D" is "DT Suga" backwards. They both have 2 Mixtapes & J-Hope has a mixtape as well. We are currently waiting on V & Jungkook. I highly suggest reacting to their solo stuff. If you want to hear just RM & Suga together, there is "Strange" from Agust D's mixtape & "Respect" from the BTS album "Map of the Soul: 7". J-Hope was a member of the dance crew, "Neuron" & took part in national competitions. Jin's Joke - Cow in Korean is "So" & Lawsuit is "So-Song" (Song in English) = Cow-Song
