@@phdflop True but thats not because godspeed is slower, Godspeed's speed stealing as well as speed force talent technically gives him the potential to be the fastest HUMAN speedster ever. Black Racer is on some god tier deity shit, speed force isn't his only power. It's more comparable to put black racer against lucifer or some other vertigo monster of a character. Godspeed couldn't compare to him. Godspeed given enough time would undoubtedly be the fastest speedster in the multiverse, however he would still lose to characters like the black racer in actual fights. TLDR Godspeed=fastest ever, but not the strongest.

Godspeed ability = he can create of duplicate but his speed is cut in half sharing it with his duplicate also has backlash on body after a while. Speed marage= flash running fast that he looks like there's more than 1 but they're isnt there marages. Time remanents= when a speedster runs back in time and meets himself without replacing himself in the timeline so they're can be more than 1 at the same time.
