100% Chad. Always has his back no matter what. He got separated from everyone during the invasion of soul society, was all alone, took on Shunsui, and did it all for Ichigo. He didn't even know Rukia that well but he was ready to give up everything to help Ichigo save Rukia. That flashback when Ichigo comes and saves Chad and they have that moment. Chad throws his punches for Ichigo, trains against Renji's bankai when he wasn't strong enough to get Ichigo's back in Hueco Mundo. Yeah Chad is the real one and cool as hell.

I do personally think it's Chad, Renji and Uryu both started off at odds with Ichigo, which imo puts them below Rukia and Chad, then between its those two. Rukia is definitely insanely loyal to Ichigo, in my other comment on here I mentioned how Rukia was adamantly against keeping an eye on Ichigo yelling at superiors that "Ichigo would never succumb to the temptation of the enemy", and she's the one who changed Ichigos life n started his path down being a substitute soul reaper, and Chad has always been there for Ichigo, they have a thing with one another that they live by, "if you believe in something so strongly you'd risk your life for it, then I'll risk my life for it too". Ichigo took on like 6 dudes at once just to help Chad WITHOUT powers. Even under tsukishimas powers seeing ichigo as a threat Chad STILL tried to get through to him cause he cared about Ichigo, I think besides Orihime, Chad is the only one who blindly follows Ichigo merely because he's Loyal to him

Sado is the obvious choice. The Soul Society Arc and the Fullbring Arc shows why is this the case. During his fight with Kyoraku, he was asked why would he try to rescue Rukia when he barely even know her, which Sado agrees with. It's an important thing for Ichigo, and Sado will help him with that. The flashback scene we got during this fight also shows why Sado became such a loyal friend to Ichigo.
