I have no buddhist guru no yidam but l am blessed to find tsem rinpoche and Dorje shugden Practising for 6 years l got results and benefited by him Om ah guru kirti daza sashana dara birya siddhi hung hung Jay guru Jay Dorje shugden

If you pray Dorjee shugden then he will blessed u with materialistic things which is not a great idea from Buddhist point of view.

Can we use Amitabha, guanyin, Dorje Shugden as one of our yidam ?

Yes. All bodhisattva is a method. You can choose your own yidam or ask your spiritual teacher. Guanyin is our Yidam for years before my parents decided to just focus on Amithaba Buddha recently. The reason why Tsem Rinpoche focused on Lama Tsongkhapa is because Lama Tsongkhapa is the King Of Dharma, and Dharma is the best protection. Learning the dharma well will prevent one from hurting others, which creates the causes of hurting oneself and cause endless sufferings. One will have wisdom, become extremely compassionate and become someone of great power (but not for misused). You help others in the most effective way (like Tsem Rinpoche himself). Having a clean karma will make enlightenment quicker, faster and with less obstacles.
