Because the living tribunal was getting to close. He was about to find out what the beyonder himself was up to. Why he came into this reality.The Tribunal had to be replaced.... even so much so, that the beyonder genocided the entire race of the watchers to hide what he was doing. Slipping a symbiotic suit upon spiderman in 'secret wars' was just the beginning of His plan to save the universe (indeed the multiverses) (thus the "secret wars")
