WildChild always made me think of a slimmer Sabertooth. Didn’t think WildChild had the temperament to be on Gamma Flight, and guess they messed around and found out. A complex history, great job Sage!

Yooo!!! Sage!!! First off. You’re a goat if you know who wild child is. That was my nickname from my late uncle when I was a kid. However as a rating I’ll give him a 6 rating. I’ll check back in to see if we agree on this one king. After video: Great minds think alike once again. I had to rethink about my answer and I changed it to 6 before the end of the video. I remember this guy i liked him, he lived up to his name, he's more animal than man or mutant he didnt even talk. Sabertooth was deemed "the keeper" because he's the only one who could control him even at one point wildchild had to be contained because of his animal nature. Him and Sabertooth were the perfect tag-team wildchild actually had absolutely no fear, he tried to kill apocalypse and magneto just because lol. He's a favorite 💪👍💪

I may have missed it, but i wish you had shown just how feral he became under weapon. He went from being a malnourished version of Sabertooth to Nosferatu. Not only did Aurora reject him in this state, she started a relationship with The Director, in front of everybody.

Wildchild is a always been a trip to see in the comics. He's what Wolverine would have been if his feral side was always active, and what Sabretooth would have been if he wasn't obsessed with killing for the sake of killing. He's always been more good than bad for me.

I liked him better when he was transformed back into just a normal, ordininary human being again and he was turned back good, right, sane and smart again. He didn't have any animal-like superhuman powers similar to Wolverine and Sabretooth anymore, but he was given an advanced fully armored battle uniform as Weapon Omega that made him similar to James MacDonald Hudson. I also liked him better as Wildheart, which showed that he was an experienced fighter in many different forms of armed and unarmed combat. Personally, in my honest opinion, he was improved in the 1990s by making him much more of his own person instead of just another version of the main test subjects from the Weapon X Project from Department H. He could've put his super-villain past as a member of Omega Flight behind him and continued to be a super hero with Alpha Flight. By making him go back to the crazy, evil, insanely sociopathic and dangerously psychotic Wild Child, it ruined the good opportunity for the character to grow as a professional adventurer and professional crime fighter. Making him just go back to being a costumed, super-powered professional criminal does nothing for Kyle Gibney. I would rather that he be top Canadian secret agent for the Canadian government than have enhanced strength and agility, superhuman senses, superhuman stamina, a super-fast healing factor and razor-sharp, retractable animal-like fangs, and claws. There are already way too many characters with those kinds of superhuman powers. His fighting skills, special abilities as a counter-terrorist and spy-smasher, and his advanced battle armor, technology, and weaponry was far more unique. I especially liked his battle suit that looked like the Canadian flag. Wild Child reminds me of Vermin, a similar character who could be a lot more but they throw away his potential just to keep him the same monster that he has always been. What a waste.

i always saw Wild Child as a knock off Sabretooth and they to me they always looked alike but what if Sabretooth was the knockoff off . Wild Child memories put in to a new and more power body of Sabretooth that is why Wild Child dont remember anything all his Memories are some where else . i always thought Wild Child was a clone of Sabtrtooth that wasnt as strong and as powerful but then what if its the other way around

The term "Wild Child" is not always taken literally. It could also just mean a person who is a barbaric or savage person. Like an animalistic person who is uncivilized. For example, you could call Ka-Zar from the Savage Land a "wild child". This is accurate because he has spent the majority of his life in that hidden jungle.

Man this is a throwback character, I never liked this guy he seemed like an emaciated underpowered diet sabertooth. Always came across as a sidekick character not really important tending to look like a gargoyle lol. I was sort of glad when they stopped writing him into comics😅 but he is a relic of the Rob liefeld era. They played him really hard in the age of Apocalypse having him on a leash it was so sad.

He's a cool character and all but he's just another version of Sabretooth. And tbh, there are way too many Wolverine sabretooth variants running around. Much like Spider-Man. It's just showing more creative bankruptcy on Marvel's side.

How is this character *NOT* Sabertooth’s son? The two are practically one in the same. Would have made more sense to just call him Sabertooth’s son or a genetic clone of Sabertooth. Like how X-23 is a genetic clone of Wolverine.
