@Mario Lisa He was still able to galvanise the squad and get them to play well. Language barrier is not an excuse, cmon, Marcelo Bielsa cant speak a word of English yet look. Difference with Bielsa and Emery is not only in ability, But self confidence. Emery doesn't strike me as a manager with high self belief or belief in his tactics. To prove my point he started swapping and changing tactics after 4 months of success and getting everyone playing well with 343 and then he changed it to 352, 343, 451. It made no sense why he would and he continued to do this. Bear in mind they kept the 343 in their unbeaten run.

When Arteta was chosen as Arsenal Head Coach,I thought he was a sub optimal and convenient choice for the owners,someone they could manage easily. Few months down the line,that view has been completely reversed.Perhaps,there couldn't have been a better choice than Arteta. His football philosophy, player management style and results spoke loudly for him.He has completely changed the Club in less than six months without breaking the bank,working with the same old players before recent arrivals. I do have great expectations of things to come.Kudos,Arteta.

I know I am biased but I think that Arteta is what Arsenal need. If you were to tell me last October that Arsenal would win the FA Cup, I would have laughed in your face and I am a huge fan. He beat Sheffield United, City, and Chelsea to win the title which is no easy feat. He doesn't put up with bullshit and is tactically very savvy. He definitely learned from Pep that is for sure. Typically his impact on Everton is under-reported here. Arteta grounded the Team so Fly-Boys like Cahill could unleash their flair. It was so reassuring having him on the park, although the team was never strong enough to expect to win every game, with Arteta you felt assured Everton wouldn't embaress themselves and look out of place against any Premiership Club.
