One of our society members has recently shifted to his son's flat which is located at a distance of two kms. In a society's general body meeting held on Sunday, the 20th Oct,2024 outgoing committee members have strongly objected to his candidature for Chairmanship position on the plea that anyone who has let out his flat and shifted to other location is not eligible for contesting any committee's official position. Otherwise, he is regular in payment of monthly maintenance charges, of good past track records and no criminal proceedings are initiated and/or pending in any court or police station against him. Thus, society has missed one technically qualified individual from assisting the fellow colleagues for redeveloping the society building. Seeking your view points/ consultation on the issue. I fondly await your reply.

kya industrial society k bylaws me stair case jis ka area only 80 sq feet hai aur sirf ek he aadmi rah sakta hai na wall fan na ceiling fan height bhi 6.5 feet ki hai aur industrial k baki units 1100 sq feet aur loft bhi 1100 feet hai aur hight 22 FT hai lekin society bylaws k naam par stair case ka bhi rent bade unit k hisab se leti hai,,agar stair case rent par 10.000 milta hai to bade unit ka rent 1 lakh hai,,kya ye insaaf hai bylaws me please bataye,

सोसायटी रजिस्ट्रेशन होने के बाद बिल्डर का उसमे इन्व्हल होना जरुरी है क्या नही, अगर सोसायटी रजिस्ट्रेशन होती है तो बिल्डर का कुछ रोल होता है क्या नही, अगर सोसायटी रजिस्टर हे लेकिन दस बारा रूम उनके है तो ओनर के हिसाब से चलेगा की बिल्डर के सबसे चलेगा

सर, एक 6 फ्लॅट की ग्राउंड + 2 मजली इमारत है। इस इमारत में रहने वाले एक परिवार ने इमारत में रहने वाले ओनर्सको बिना जानकारी दिये इमारत का पुराना नाम बदल कर नये नामसे सोसायटी रजिस्टर्ड की है, जीसमे कमिटी पर उनके ही परिवार को नियुक्त किया है। इसलीये यह परिवारने 6 फ्लॅट के जगह 10 से 12 फ्लॅट हौसिंग सोसायटी में दिखाकर सोसायटी रजिस्टर्ड की गयी है। यह परिवार ने एक फ्लॅट में 10 हिस्से शेअर दिखाकर रजीस्ट्रेसशन कराके डीम कन्व्हेंस भी करा लिया है। अभि हमे क्या करना चाहीये , कृपया रिप्लाय दिजीएगा।
