Chairman and Secretary is most powerful than treasurer. If he is not taking his responsibility, they can ask treasurer to resign and appoint new treasurer within MC members

Koi building Registered society nahi hai balki Registered Apartment hai aur maintenance ek flat me kitne family members rehte hai uske hisab se maintenance charge kar sakti hai ya AGM me aisa rul bana sakti hai for example same area ke 2 flat hai ek flat me 5 family members hai aur dusre flat me 9 family members hai ek se Rs1500 aur dusre se RS 2500 maintenance lene ke liye AGM me rul bana sakte hai.

Ma'am in case there a complaint against Chairman and Bearers, which we want to discuss in AGM by giving letter prior to AGM, what if Chairman will not ready to discuss the letter?

@@jigarsarvaiya In case multiple complaints you have raised and no answer, you may keep cc to Registrar in this case and send letters through speed post. But keep in mind, the majority of people are required in case of verification done with the same view of your complaint.

Bank account me 'mode of operation' option rehta hai. Agar account open karte waqt Secretary ka sign compulsory option select Kiya hoga to wo must rahega. Otherwise 'any two' ka option rahta hai.
