Koi building Registered society nahi hai balki Registered Apartment hai aur maintenance ek flat me kitne family members rehte hai uske hisab se maintenance charge kar sakti hai ya AGM me aisa rul bana sakti hai for example same area ke 2 flat hai ek flat me 5 family members hai aur dusre flat me 9 family members hai ek se Rs1500 aur dusre se RS 2500 maintenance lene ke liye AGM me rul bana sakte hai.

Bank account me 'mode of operation' option rehta hai. Agar account open karte waqt Secretary ka sign compulsory option select Kiya hoga to wo must rahega. Otherwise 'any two' ka option rahta hai.
