Ollie is indeed the prototype. Reason 1: just like the mimic ollie says weird things like “no ouchies?” Or “no missing body parts?” Because if you were hurt it would make it easier for catnap or prototype to kill you. Prototype also wants body parts for his body. Reason 2: ollie is talking through a phone like in ruin we are talking to the mimic through a walkie. Reason 3: ollie was actually leading catnap to us. After we get close to the door catnap comes out from the door releasing his gas. Ollie is prototype because in reason 3 he led catnap to us and us to catnap.

I think Ollie is actually Baby Long Legs - everyone forgot about him - and they are interested in Catnap. But Baby Long Legs makes sense since Ollie is a kid.
