The only reason this format is even still a thing is because WotC introduced it, giving people hope that it evenetually becomes part of arena. Nah, people really like oath breaker because of the PW and signature spells. That won't disappear soon because people are actually liking it (the decks play a bit more consistently and the signature spell makes up for having 40 less cards than a commander deck.

redundancycheck Jelly Bean wants to protect his Elemental Friends and gets white Jelly Bean wants to reach his goals trough any means and gets black A color in MtG can stand for a lot of things, not just white for divine or black for bad things, although most cards in those colors are themed like that but for example a bad person can have a White mana allegiance of they think what they do is right, just like in real life. The same goes for black which is death and decay but also egotistical views and getting the job done, which is a very black thing to do but also can be good if used at the right time and for the right side. For example Teyo the Shieldmage has nothing Divine about him, he is there to protect trough magical shields which is a very white thing to do even it it’s not a divine thing. Very much like how Red can stand for Anger but also other emotions, like passion or bravery but is mostly assigned the damage dealing part of magic even though it has a lot of utilities and story implications as seen in Locus of the Rage, where Omnath goes into a frenzy and hits stuff harder. But enough of me brambling, I want a 5 Mana Omnath Planeswalker who travels back in time to punch the Eldrazi before they got imprisoned, resulting in a far more evil-er threat on a plane or planes we haven’t seen yet, resulting in the Gatewatch never being formed and all the characters having new Mana allegiances to show this, like a Jace with Blue and White Mana (or even all five) embracing the Guild Pact instead of wandering off all the time. Also more Spaghetti Noodles to fight because their design is actually pretty nifty.

But yeah 5C philosophy wise, the divine isn't necessarily an angels/god thing, he could have become hallowed because of the faith of the elementals in him. Holy just means set apart, as man made gods by ascribing their ideals on a being set apart. Black, though, is tricky. I was thinking along the lines of corruption justified in thinking it was doing what was right. Like the orzhov vampires of ixalan.

I always do this thing called "stupid decks hyper focused around a single mechanic or combo that never do anything else, and they usually suck," so I thought I would try not doing that with Omnath. I'd still build Elemental tribal, but not make it so hyper focused like I normally do.

Originally I took the path of betrayal. Omnath, Locus of Mana as the commander of an Eldrazi Titans deck. Then I built the path of Wrath. Omnath, Locus of Rage along with cards that destroyed lands, recurred lands, and then pummeled the enemies with elemental anger. Now I've got a new Commander deck to build with my favorite character. Thank you Core Set 2020.

If you put all of them in play collective voyage with omnath, locus of mana, and rage on the field. Omnath, locus of mana would get bigger and attack, Rage would make more elemental, summon omnath, locus of roil and it would do damage entering for all the elementals. Then flicker him in and out or kill him off to any sac outlet. Hope that made sense.

I have every plan to build Omnath into a Commander. I'm not sure I necessarily want to run the green one but I have a copy of the Gruul one and I've been wanting to build Elemental tribal EDH for YEARS! It has been my white whale and I've even tried to make 5 color work, but this card changes things. Now if only I could decide whether to double down on awaken spells and put counters on lands, only to move them to creatures or to just go wide on creature tokens.

2nd Most free mana Shandalar is the most free but Zendikar is the one with the most in a fix location Shandalar move all over the Multiverse and is hard if not impossible to find and most planeswalkers that have found it was by it moving in the path on the 2 planes (left and destination)

The Eldrazi titans were the cause of the roil, it was Zendikar's attempt to remove the intrusion like a clam making a pearl. Nissa even alludes to this in the card depicting it. Nice that omnath is getting a new card though, I've always rather liked him and the revamped core set in general seems great.

I was really looking into a red green elemental deck since we have war of the spark Nissa and the Chandra next set. Was also gonna run domri since he gives a passive +1 +0 and gives rank but I have no idea how I can splash blue...The crab reef looking thing and this seem dope for elementals but absolutely 0 ideas of how to run blue sources... or if it would even be recommended tbh. Also was thinking that draw power might be tough for the deck as well

Omnath has been my fav magic card for years, he was the first foil I ever had. As a commander he is unstoppable with the right build, this new one though, sure it will let me use blue elementals, but how well will I be able to chain like I can with locus of the roil. (Ryan) Yes! You can use Waxing Moon to transform something like Kessig Prowler, or any creature that says werewolf in the type line - even if it also says Eldrazi, or Horror.
