Ok so basically, the red haired girl with the blue eyes is Bloom, fairy of the dragon flame. The woman shes looking at is Daphne, the nymph of domino, aka her sister. Daphne is like some sort of ghost (there are multiple dubs, so I don’t know which one to explain, so it’s just the most interpreted) that visits Bloom whenever she’s asleep, so in her dreams in some way. The link other than their relatedness to each other is that Daphne died protecting Bloom from the ancestral witches, three evil beings trying to obtain the dragon flame, that is the magic that Bloom welds.
