The shitgun reloads so fast that it doesn't matter. Between each peak you can reload. Between those small breaks you just reload.

You can shoot around walls .. any other shotgun you will get a red X .. do to this any one with half a brain who realizes it will run it.... being able to hit an opponent while they can't shoot you back should be an obvious reason to run it
