NATURES BEAUTY for the memes, cause she could literally flood the continent. Actually a little scary what she could do if she was actually smart. EDIT: Food for thought. Aqua, cheat item or not, breaks the rules of resurrection like nothing. Even other cheat items have restrictions or gimmicks. Aqua doesn't seem to be punished or stopped, even if its a gag about Eris letting her get away. It's later explained that Eris is the one who gets in trouble for it anyways. This might show how powerful or high up Aqua is in the divine hierarchy for the afterlife, that even the other deities don't want to step in.

@@watataenjoyer idk, if she doesn't pad her chest i'd take eris over those two. yun yun is second, while darkness is close third. yun yun has confidence issues but is otherwise extremely cute, darkness is both cute and strong, also she seems to like doing physically demanding stuff so we could do a lot of demanding activities together without her complaining about how tired or sore she is. with eris though, she's reasonably confident, competent, not afraid to ask for help when she needs it, is caring towards even trash like kazuma, cute, reasonably strong, intelligent, and she has goddess powers. i'm not much into large breasts anyways so shes all round probably the best character in the anime in terms of who would make the best partner irl. some people might see her work as a bit troublesome, especially if you're getting sent on constant errands, but i'm down; ensuring i always have something to work on i consider a plus for sure. the not padding her chest part is mostly just because i don't think she should be concerned about it. i dont think i could get along with someone who doesn't have confidence in their appearance.

In terms of best at there job, Eris 100% She is everything you expect from a goddess. Kind, hardworking, competent at her job. In terms of best for Konosuba, Aqua, she makes Konosuba, a unique Isekai. She breaks the mold of a generic Goddess, and is a driving force of the story. She was the one giving away cheat relic like candy, and is probably the main reason behind the demon lord. I much preferred Aqua at a party.
