kaeya is actually still the best in the video since even qiqi with 16 seconds would drown halfway because the cooldown isn't finished yet. kaeya's cooldown is like 4 seconds faster than his skill cooldown. not to mention his skill isn't just square but extends forward

Chongyun, Qiqi, Rosaria and Diona are a bit inaccurate. They are constantly applying Cryo which doesn't properly show the time taken for the bridge to melt. The timer should be started only when they stopped applying Cryo. So actually their bridge only lasts 2-5 seconds which is much lesser than Kaeya's bridge. "Who is the best ice bridge maker" would be a better title.

Actually this is a worse title. I looked at it because of that title and was totaly disappointed. You cannot make a bridge with the characters that target a static place. For a bridge you need to apply cryo while advancig, which makes most of the trials here irrelevant. I would suggest putting back the old title to avoid this confusion.

Kaeya is the best icebridger in my opinion. As long as you don’t take too long to get back on the ice after you fall, you should be okay. Qiqi is quite bad when you need to icebridge, since it doesn’t last very long. Ayaka and Rosaria, well if you fall you’re done for. Archers I’m just uncomfortable with and the ice is usually very small.

This was not judged fairly. You can't recharge your Q in the middle of ocean. The characters I had were Kayea, Rosaria and Chongyu. Rosaria melts too fast and Chongyu has a very long cool down. So what I did was use anemo traveller to extend the ice bridge. But I noticed that with my timing few bridges later traveller would still be on cool down. So I did a spam of two rotations. Kaeya E, Traveller E then Kaeya E, Traveller E and Rosaria E. Sometimes I used Chongyu E too. It took me a couple of tries before arriving in the island cause my motor coordination is a mess kkk

Kaeya bridge the best option. You can not only go by yourself but bring so many people too. The ice can stay for more longer than anyone (i think). Other cryo characters ice disappear so fast. For kaeya, you can make ice bridge even with just skill and not burst. Burst help so much more but burst only can be used once so skill is better. The skill cd is very fast so we don't really have to worry that the ice will melt so fast. So overall performance? Kaeya win. Realistically speaking. Kaeya also free and easiest to use for everyone so that add into the factor. With other characters, i normally had to act fast or i'm stranded. With kaeya, i can kinda chill for a bit.

I think some of the calculation is not accurate because like in Qiqi, what actually happens is her skill refreeze the floor again and again. If you walk around, her ice is in fact quite thin and doesn't last long. I was under imprrssion that I could bridge with her, only to find I suddenly swam in the water when I was about to swap to Kaeya. Kaeya is the ultimate ice bridge because of the duration. But if we want to make use of the cooldown, we can add Chong or Qiqi--BUT always make a mental note that you are not safe unless you are on ice from Kaeya' skill. How it works: basically you have to keep casting bridge until Kaeya' skill is ready to use again. Until then, there is no such thing as safe time to "wait around". Rosaria' skill isn't reliable. Sometimes I ended up below the water instead of standing on the ice (talking about her skill, not burst). And remember that we should not feel safe if that ice was from a skill other than Kaeya. I use Qiqi to catch fishes sometimes, esp when the water surface isn't vast.

Ayaka is the ultimate if you're careful, but if you aren't or (like in my case) for some reason when people step onto the bridge it causes her to slip into water, Kaeya is the way to go.

Ayaka is the best ice bridger, you dont even have to sprint continously. Just sprint once then spam normal attacks, then click e, then sprint a little and spam normal attacks then click e. You can even do this to help your coop mates cross the waters, not to mention her ult will literally make the bridge infront of you in unbeatable speed and efficiency
