In my opinion, Ceasar is a must pull. Hear me out, you guys see the patterns? The ever first limited defensive 5 star from Genshin Impact is Zhongli, and he is still widely used. Guess who is the first limited defensive character in HSR? That's right, Fu Xuan, i think you got the memo now. To get more in depth, Ceasar gonna pretty versitle with her interruption reistsance shield, now i dont have to worry about missing out on dmg with my already max out team during the 1.0 version. For me Burnice is not worth it i already got S11 max out during two whole version. Please, this is my opinion, dont let my opinion stop you from getting the character you want.

Zhongli? Agree Fuxuan? Not really, mine is sitting on the bench there divining when she will be back on the roster 🤣 (To be fair, she carried me for a very long time until Gallagher came) I also feel that Caesar is freaking solid, especially lowest energy EX with high impact, and anti-interrupt, big ass shield, Robin-like eidolons and passive. She is seriously Robin+Aventurine. However the biggest downside is, her A ranks are legit trash... hence why I want to skip, probably getting Caesar on rerun. Since I just started this game less than a week, to me, A ranks matter more. So Burnice banner is a must pull for F2P, Nicole and Lucy being the two most important support.

@@Ben-pz7py that’s the reason why i suggested anby’s duba-engine; it’s an elec passive, and even though it won’t activate, Caesar would benefit regardless from the impact bonus since Caesar’s also a stun defense, it’d be a much better decision to use a stunners engine than any of the defenders engines regardless of possible core activations

I'm just going to say this. YES, Burnice IS the Topaz of ZZZ, she WILL become really really really good after some characters come out, but that's the thing, right now, current value, Burnice just isn't as good as Caesar because her teams are very limited to basically Jane, Piper and Grace teams. Caesar is a universal support just like Ruan Mei has been in hsr and will just keep getting better and better and can be a very good stun substitute if you play her well. I do believe that in about 8 months or so, just like topaz, Burnice will become one of the best units in the game, possibly in the same tier as someone like Caesar because more anomaly units and anomaly supports will release that want that off-field fire application for disorder, but as of right now, Jane doesn't really need disorder and would much preffer a support that can boost her individual damage even more(My damage just got boosted by about 200k by Caesar jusdt existing lmao). So yeah, don't think too much about future metas with Burnice because it will take a while, and when those metas start to appear, she will most likely get her rerun, adn that's when i'll most likely get her because I also really like her design lmao.

Note- DO NOT trust the version of caesar you see in the story quest. That trial character barely has any impact and the core skills do not seem leveled. You do not notice this as much with DPS characters like burnice, since the enemies are similarly weak. But you FEEL when an impact centered character doesn't ahve as much daze potential. Fun part I learned though- Caear's heavy hits to cap off a daze are a bit inconvenient (end of an attack string, tied to a skill you'd rather reserve for counters). But lucy's skill has a heavy hit, so you can easily refresh her and go right into a chain attack.

Caesar is super broken. She really reminds me of Zhongli in Genshin Impact, because her shield is so strong, it turns the game into easy mode. I've got her at M1R1, and that first Mindscape makes a huge difference. As soon as she enters the field, she automatically creates a shield, which means you start every fight with a 3k+ renewable barrier. But that's not all! She also gives a damage buff, as well as 1k Attack power buff to the team. So Caesar is more like the best parts of Zhongli and Bennett combined into one super OP character. I can't recommend her more highly. Caesar is the first "must have" character in ZZZ.

She dramatically increases the survivability of any team she's in. Anyone skipping her is crazy. Caesar is brokenly OP.

Man, it's a really tough choice for me. My main team is Jane Doe, Seth, and Grace. So both Caesar and Burnice would be able to great for me. However, I only have Jane and Grace for S ranked characters and haven't really been able to make a good second team for Hollow Zero. I was going to pull for ceasar, however the more I think about her, the less confident I become. She is strong don't get me wrong. But the only team I would use her on is on S11 Lucy team, but with Burnice and Lighter, I doubt she is going to be optimal. Right now S11 Ben Lucy works fine.

She replaces everyone. Her stun feels kind of bad so just think of her as a support that gives 1000 attack and 25% damage bonus. She isn't ideal with Lucy because you would be stacking too much attack, this is the same problem with Soukaku. However, she works great with Nicole/Rina/Seth which are Def shred/anomaly supports. Or she can replace Lucy or Soukaku entirely so you can play S11, Ceasar, Koleda or Ellen, Lycoan, Ceasar. She can fit into any team and make them stronger.

She is specifically made to be put in teams that want attack buff and have a need for a good stunner... the only two teams that she is not the best is Ice team (Since lycaon is godly) and Zhu Yuan and Qingyi team (but if you have anby and no Qingyi then Caesar is still best)... you are really saying a character who's BIS in all the current teams and only second Bis in zhu yuan team and ice team is not as optimal?... she works exceptionally well with Burnice also... but I guess you can have your opinion about her.. she is the most versatile character by far...

I feel like ceaser just has the right combination of stuff to be an extremely strong flexible support-type unit. A team-wide shield, impact built into her playstyle which makes her serve as a slightly worse stunner, a minmaxed aquila bennett's worth of attack, and two different teamwide flat damage boosts from her core skill and flagship disc set just make her really all-encompassing. And oh yeah, did i mention she's single-handedly the most flexible unit in the game? Even if your main dps doesnt have a defensive assist to trigger the core passive, theres almost no way your support/stunner wont. Granted i dont think shes gonna be eternally meta, but at the very minimum i think shes always gonna be a good flex option if your team compisition doesn't have anybody better

Caesar will forever be meta for F2P/low spenders, even making her more OP if you get her mindscape on rerun. Stable & consistent clears. However, Caesar will definitely fall off the speedrunners meta, as there will be supports that provide bigger dps buffs/enemy debuffs.

I'm still fairly new to playing Zenless but somehowI won my 50/50 on Caesar on my first 10 pull on the banner lol, how I got that luck I will never know. She's a lot of fun with the shield and her special allowing you to face check a lot of attacks. Currently have her paired with Lucy and Piper whilst using Seth's W-Drive for the anomaly build up which got me through pretty much the entire game (but now I don't have anymore story to do :c) I'm debating on rolling for Burnice due to not being a whale as my Piper is already mindscape 3 and getting the engine for Burnice would be an even bigger Poly sink, it's a shame because her gameplay from trails is pretty fun. That and I'm thinking about waiting for a potential Qingyi re-run for Grace and Anton.

Depends on you Burnice will be good for specifically anomaly teams Caesar is a broken support for almost any. Account investment wise and unit longevity Caesar is best choice for your buck

Eh I’ll skip Burnice tbh. So far I’ve pulled casually in every banner and got all the limited characters. I never get that lucky but I did this time. F2P too. F2P with Ellen, Zhu, Xingyi + Weng, Jane, Cesar, Lycoan, Alex, and Koleda. And since it gave me such good fortune I decided to treat them to the Welkin equivalent and the Battle pass thing. Basically I’m guaranteed for my next target which is Lighter and his weapon OR if Yanagi truly is in next patch I will get her and her weapon instead and wait on Lighter for later. None of the pyro characters stand out to me just yet and tbh I do want to replace Ellen at some point which hopefully will come in the form of the samurai girl

I don't want Yanagi nor Lighter and I'm one of the few people that is meh on Miyabi. So I will get both - I pulled Caesar in 79 and still have 21k poly left (I started with the Jane Banner and got her in my first 10 pull, and didn't spend anymore since I knew I need more characters and not mindscapes). Both will run with Jane as Jane/Ceasar/Burnice, with my second team being Grace/Koleda/Lucy.

Both. Caesar is deceptively strong, and her shield buff is really good. Burnice is clearly just very good. Anomaly with lots of aoe, she is gonna melt everything

@@mariandumitru4469 I mean, keep in mind that we are getting a new stunner (lighter) on 1.3, though we don't know his kit yet. And in Burnice's case... We are almost certainly getting another off-field Anomaly unit in 1.3, (Yanagi) and she might have better synergy with a Jane + Seth team since she shares Seth's Lighting element. In either case, if you don't mind looking up leaks, it might be a good idea to wait for a few days before making a call. That said... If what you struggle the most with isn't damage, but rather survival, than yeah, Cesar is the easy winner. (On top of being more flexible) And if you are already able to clear all content, you might as well go for whoever you think is more fun.

Based Jet Set Radio, BRC and Lethal League enjoyer. I'm skipping Caesar because I don't want to rely on a cheap mechanic that is essentially going to make "not dodging" a habit. Burnice imo is a must pull because her banner is extremely good with Nicole's and Lucy's M6 being great power spikes for them. Burnice herself is great for Yanagi and Jane teams.

Calling her shield a cheap mechanic is the biggest cap Ive seen all week. Her shield still can crumple fast and you still must dodge with it active. Her biggest buff is her damage boost, not the shield. Plus she stuns. Please actually know what you’re talking about with the character before you talk shit about it. With burnice being unable to move with a large amount of her rotation you NEED her shield.

@@accompolice4694 the ones that will easily be powercreeped are dps’. Unit like Caesar who shields, buff and debuff will be in for a looong time. That’s why I said she’s OP in terms of support/tank. She even has capabilities of a stunner. She’s more like Tank/Stunner/support without the restriction of what element the main dps has. She’s an absolute unit in the game, if you wanted more from that since you don’t see her as OP unit, I don’t exactly know how Hoyo will make another unit that will overshadow Caesar in terms of being versatile that can be used for all teams.

Imo, Burnice, if you don't have a good crit dps, Ceasar if you do. W/ Burnice, you can do Burnice/Grace/Lucy or lighter and Jane/Seth/Nicole or Rina. W/ Ceaser you can do Crit dps/Ceaser/Lucy or lighter and Jane/Seth/Grace

My 2 teams are: Jane (m1) with signature engine, Anby (m6), and Grace. Solider 11, Koleda with signature engine, Lucy (m2). Anyone got any recommendations on Ceasar vs Burnice? It's been a hard decision, as Ceasar can replace either Koleda or Anby. Burnice also has a few replacement options like Lucy, Grace, and Anby.
