in terms of talking about the future, I would say Giannis Antetokounmpo would be in the discussion, Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and we might even put Zion. we will see the time will show us the answers

Wilt isn't even in the discussion? You must be kidding.

Clearly Lebron is an amazing talent, and worthy of all the accolades he receives, but I’ve often wondered if his success would be as dominant if he played in the same era as Bird or Jordan. Players were allowed to be much more physical and James (same with Curry) have been able to take massive advantage of the softer rules. It’s the same for the NFL. Would Mahomes be as successful playing in the same era are Montana (who I personally consider the greatest QB to ever play…sorry Brady).

do you know what’s funny? We all seem to think about the current all-time legends but there are still a lot of future Hall of Fame dominant players yet to come to this basketball league

I have not watched yet but boy oh boy you better have Kareem & Bill in here.. I do not want to hear about eras unless the 90s and 2000s are removed too.. Just saying. 😂

Shaq is the best

I will just say you know this is going to be a long one right.. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar smokes Shaq. I watched Shaq as young adult from rookie to retirement, Kareem would have him so tired he would quit in a 1v1 to 21 in their prime or even kareem rookie year, you know the one he avg 35pts!!!! For a rookie in whatever era that is legit insane. You know his stats. Too close to say he isn't as dominant as LBJ even but Kareem did it without something I really wish you would stop using as a stat that sounds glorified aka "3 teams, 3 mvps" or as we call it team jumping for rings when things get hard. That is 100% LBJ MO and he will do it to LA if his son isn't drafted there.. Bet. Shaq was worse at team jumping though sooo about him.. Shaq over Kareem? I thought the thumbnail was bait... Kareem only slowed down when he got MAGIC! Shaq? Was his "success" in ORL considered dominating? They went to the finals 1 time and got swept by HAKEEM & Clyde and both teams only had 2 players avg over 20pts a game.... Then He did so well in TOT, PHO, CLE and BOS aka he got nothing close to a finals.. Also this is very much left out in his story and this CBA change was and still is so dodgy, without it, Orlando could have been todays Lakers. www.cbssports.com/nba/news/the-inside-story-how-the-orlando-magic-let-the-lakers-steal-shaquille-oneal/ Below is a fair way to show Shaq is always 2nd to Kareem. www.landofbasketball.com/player_comparison/kareem_abdul_jabbar_vs_shaquille_oneal.htm The only Stat Shaq beats him in over both careers, in every category is FG% by 0.23% and Kareem played 20 seasons, Shaq 19.. Not even Shaq says he could beat Kareem 1v1 in his prime. There is no real argument that The greatest C to play would be more dominant at C in any era than Shaq.. I appreciate the work put into this and respect your POV and it is definitely a debatable idea because dominance is subjective. Like where I am from the Warriors legit blew a 3-1 lead. Nobody I know watches that series and says CLE took that from GSW. They blew it... It is all perspective and it is subjective. Who knows? TY for the upload! Yes I do have too much spare time.... 😁
