One of the big problems with smaller teams is that ICC loses a lot of money by promoting cricket in poor, corrupt countries instead of rich countries with less corruption. Think of the money lost in corrupt countries like Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, etc. instead of promoting it in rich countries like Netherlands, UAE, Japan, etc. Honestly I'm sick of this India Pakistan stuff. I don't think its a good idea to promote t10 cricket. T10 should be promoted only to get people learn about cricket. But it should not be a part of ICC official matches. We should promote t20 at huge level. And change 50 over cricket into 40 over cricket with 40 overs divided in 2 innings of 20 over each. So odi cricket will have a mix of test as well as t20 cricket 😉
