Bizarro Flash; 2 inches/hr but he's not really a speedster. Iris and Kai West; Wally's children, they had a speedforce connection but it didn't give them super speed rather she got phasing and he got super strength. However when they lost those powers they retained the ability to be pulled along Wally if he wanted to. Finally Max Mercury; he's a speedster and all he's just slower than every other speedster guess it'd because he's not that popular.

By that logic he's the fastest, because all the others rely entirely on the speed force, Jay uses it as a boost, an extra power source. With the speed force he's probably middling, with Wallace being the slowest (since by the rules of the speed force, Jay's yellow lightning means he's faster than Wallace who has red lightning)

There are many situations IRL where our current “laws of physics” cannot explain, as what we observe directly contradicts them. For example, gravity may be a wave. It is not written in our laws of physics yet as a solid guess, but that CAN be the case. Hence, an object may be resistant/immune to said waves, and hence, break laws of physics. Since our law of gravity expects the object to experience it, whereas we observed that it does not (like some galaxies not being pulled towards each other as expected). So, technically speaking, superheroes and their powers may take roots into Science Fiction and happen on the overlap between “does not follow our current best theory” and “is not outside realm of all possibility” For example, let’s say there is telekinesis. So, assume that kinetic energy is ACTUALLY defined as: K = MV2 + T(…..). That does not contradict our current observation (K = MV2) in situations where said interference is not encountered. But a situation where said other force is in play would contradict our “law of physics” whilst being scientifically/universally accurate. The distinction lies solely in the disconnect between what we are collectively aware of/came to conclude as species and what it actually IS. So, super powers might VERY well 100% follow actual laws of physics in the universe, whilst not following latest human hypothesis/observations on said laws. We just ASSUME that our theorems are correct since we don’t encounter anything proving them otherwise, and, so far, what we observed supports said hypothesis. Let’s take Superman. He might be a huge nuclear battery, circa power output of the entire sun each second of exertion of his powers. That is TREMENDOUS amount of energy. So gigantic that he can exert such extreme feats of forces (and, therefore, durability, since density manipulations or something more advanced, like force-field manipulations), as well as gravity manipulations (similar theory to as assumed before). So, technically, Superman can make his body to be IMMENSELY dense (E = MC2 => mass created due to energy), whilst affecting gravity around himself in such way that his weight is light/does not cause his own massive gravitational interference. Then, by all means, he can be scientifically plausible. Because good luck trying to destroy something as dense as a dwarf star, whilst capable of bending gravity to counter-act it’s influence on the environment around.
