Carlos Oramas Ramos as a Zelda player , I feel the difference is that Zelda Bair and Fair have tiny hit boxes, very very hard to land, and we get punished harshly if we didn’t land them, while other moves from characters like Ganon have a much bigger area to hit. If you think about it like this, the main throw is forward. DK's forward throw is divided into sub categories (being up, down, back, and again forward, but are all under the main forward throw category. So overall, he has four forward throws. This is one of many logics so critique as you will.

Byleth's axe hits like a truck, but mostly does shield damage as opposed to actual knockback. Then things like up-smash and up-air don't actually kill that early (early enough for smash, because that is the whole point of a smash attack), but have large and lasting hitboxes.

Here are some ideas in case you wanna do another “things that don’t make sense” in smash ultimate video. 1: Mario and Luigi using fireballs without a fire flower. 2: inkling being able to use several weapons without switching. 3: sonic not having an alt of his original design in the sonic move (this is a joke btw)

Bobert5678 it makes since that Mario can use fire without a fireflower. he has the ability of “firebrand” in Mario and Luigi superstar saga that grants him pyrokenetic abilities to use fire without the fire flower. However for Luigi it doesn’t make since and that’s where I agree.

SuperMarioDan but he LITTERALLY never uses it again after. And he only had it in 1 game. Mario still can’t use fireballs without a fire flower. So it still doesn’t make sense. And I’m not even 100% sure if the Mario and Luigi games are cannon. I mean, they were made my alpha dream (R.I.P) not Nintendo. So I still believe it doesn’t make sense for Mario to use fireballs without a fire flower. And in future Mario and Luigi games, bros attacks that involve fire, they always start with them eating a fire flower.
