I’ve always LOVED Cars 2 since I saw it in theaters. I still prefer the Toy Story movies, and it’s probably not top 5. I heard you guys arguing about Pixar movies so I asked my baseball team what’s the best Pixar movie. One person said Toy Story. 5 people said Cars 2. I didn’t even mention choices. The only thing to fight the speedster argument and THIS ONLY APPLIES TO FLASH as that in the comics and the show when he saves someone he is subconsciously enveloping them in the the speed force. And then at certain points he can consciously do this so that others can experience what happened when they move with him. Quicksilver doesn’t have this advantage though. The same argument with the speed force accounts for a lot of the flash’s varied speed levels. It all depends on his emotional state and current connection to the speed force itself

Just watched this and it's always great, keep it up fellas, but for The Flash he technically doesn't have super speed, he has a connection to the speed force, so when he runs he is flowing through the speed force, and the reason he is able to save people is that the speed force is able to create a sort of aura around them to protect them, this also explains why when he runs everything around him isn't absolutely destroyed by the force he creates.

100% agree with the quicksilver take. They depict him as faster than flash and I think it's so unrealistic to his actual speed in the comics. Flash explains many times that he has to carry you and touch you a certain way. 100% agree. Such a beloved scene but I'm so bothered by it

Andrew has 0 knowledge about comics or how speedsters powers works. Your complaint is valid for quicksilver, except he isn’t that fast in the comics. Any DC speedster has the speed force, which creates what’s called a “speed force aura” surrounding that speedster and whoever they are physically touching, which prevents whiplash or burning from moving to fast, or anything of that nature. The speedforce is an omnipotent and omnipresent force of nature that is alive and it protects speedsters from that stuff. Wally West specifically has gone so fast before that he outran the speedforce itself. Which would make Wally omnipresent as well (being able to exist everywhere and anywhere all at once across space and time). If you don’t like stuff like that because it “doesn’t make sense”. Then why are you into comic book movies 😭😂
