The 64K check, along with another big check, were only signed by Big Tiff. They were cashed at her good friend's Check Cashing Store. He subsequently lost his business over it.

Tahoo Tiff is definitely a piece of work. I have never seen such as this, especially in our faces. In a bank, if more than 10k in cash is withdrawn, deposited or via cashed check they have to do a CTR (currency transaction report) which essentially is where the teller takes the personal information of the person presenting and any entity such as a business who is benefiting off the transaction. They ask your name, ssn, occupation, etc. So either a bank has reciepts and if they dont, she has a friend or friends at the bank that will be in the cell next to her.

And since he probably moves large anounts of cash, it probably didn't trigger the system as it should have....how did the CITY NOT MISS IT THOUGH? As a office manager I do write checks to CASH for items like postal stamps and gas for the lawn mower I have even written checks to CASH for Circuit and District Courts for certain business transactions. However I always attached the corresponding recites to the correct documentation for what the money was used for. Unfortunately for the town of DOLTIN IL Tiffany is not a honest person 😢
