It's such a joke that choco uses the blue chip to bring hali back and the timer is over 5 and a half minutes. Don't want the respawn to be extremely easy but if you get it, it should provide more immediate value. I think a 3-minute timer should start when a downed player dies. If you respawn them they would come back only when the timer is at 0. If you respawn them an it is already at zero they should come back immediately, but it still takes time for them to get back in and get weapons. If that is too broken, then they just need to make finishing the respawn action take longer or draw more attention. Higher risk but more immediate reward.
