@@shakibzz well, The Scarlet Pimpernel is an incredible film from the 1980s based on this classic novel about a British aristocratic guy known by the name the Scarlet Pimpernel who rescued French people from being killed by the Guillotine during the French Revolution, but he has a double identity as this rich, silly fop who goes about making witty jokes and being obsessed with fashion. This line is one of the ones he says, but it has become really iconic in pop culture and has memes and everything so not surprised your teacher said it ☺️, whether they were directly referencing the movie or not.
