Well, not really. Ranboo is like a brother to both Techno and Dream. When he was younger, he overheard Techno, Wilbur and Tommy call Phil "dad" so he started calling Techno that, because he didn't know much words in english (he spoke only the Enderman language) and he didn't really know what that word meant either
