WHO Labour Care Guide | What is the Differences Between Partogram and Labour Care Guide?

The WHO Labor Care Guide has seven sections, which were adapted from the previous Partograph design. The sections include Identifying information and labor characteristics at admission, Supportive care, Care of the baby, Care of the woman, Labor progress, Medications and Shared decision-making. It is different from Partogram in different aspects but it provides effective patient care as compared to Partogram. The fetal heart rates are recorded after every 30 minutes in first stage and after every 5 minutes in second stage of labor.
